Courses and teaching are complementary, and both key to strong improvement and bringing the most out of your cubing talent.
Courses typically involve going in depth with content in a structured manner, spending most of the time directly teaching students each step of the way. Usually, courses are best suited to learning whole new methods or techniques, and making a leap from a specific large barrier.
During coaching sessions, the coach recognizes the needs of the students, then provides appropriate resources and advice, letting the student do the majority of learning on their own. Coaching is best suited for continuous improvement and fine tuning of techniques to bring the most out of them.
Our courses are open to children of all ages. In person courses are suitable for children for children as young as 6 years old without needing additional adult supervision. Young children usually understand concepts very quickly, and being exposed to three dimensional logic puzzles from a young age is very beneficial to develop reasoning and problem solving skills, dexterity, three dimensional perception and more. For online courses, we do recommend an adult be present for children under the age of 9 years old to help keep them focused and guide them through the steps of the course.

The main factor which will influence your acceptance for coaching is how well your availability matches with your coach’s availability.
In some cases, if coach’s availability is limited, they may prioritize those who demonstrate a higher potential.
The best way to increase your chances of getting accepted is very clearly indicating your availability, and demonstrating your high potential and willingness to put effort into the program.
